We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send unsolicited marketing newsletters.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party tools to run our business. These providers may process personal data on our behalf:

  • Wix — website hosting, contact forms, and booking system (wix.com)

  • Google Workspace — email (Gmail) and business communications

  • Google Analytics — website traffic analysis (data is anonymized)

  • Communication tools — video call platforms (such as Google Meet or Zoom) used for client calls

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you would like to understand how they handle data.
Legal requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
Business transfers
In the unlikely event of a sale or merger of our business, personal information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction. We would notify affected individuals before any transfer takes place.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. These are small text files placed on your device to help the site function and to collect usage data.
Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the website to work (e.g., session cookies, security tokens). These cannot be disabled.

  • Analytics cookies — used by Wix and Google Analytics to understand site traffic and visitor behaviour. This data is aggregated and anonymous.

  • Functional cookies — used to remember preferences, such as language or form data.

Wix, as our website platform, may also set its own cookies as part of their service. For details, see the Wix Privacy Policy.
Most browsers allow you to control or block cookies through their settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect how our website functions. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Data Storage & Security
Personal information you provide through our website is stored by Wix on their servers. Wix maintains data centres in multiple regions and implements industry-standard security measures. See the Wix Privacy Policy for details of their security practices.
Contact information and client communication records may also be stored in Google Workspace (Gmail), which is protected by Google's security infrastructure.
We take reasonable precautions to protect personal information we handle directly, including access controls and keeping sensitive information only as long as needed. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your data seriously.
Because our team is based in India and our clients are primarily in Canada, personal data may be transferred between jurisdictions. By contacting us or using our website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed outside your country of residence. We ensure any such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Enquiries that did not become a client engagement — we retain contact information for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted from our records unless you have asked us to keep it.

  • Active client records — retained for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years after the last project, to meet business and legal record-keeping requirements.

  • Website analytics data — retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months by default. Aggregated, anonymized data may be kept longer.

  • Email correspondence — retained in Gmail as part of standard business records. We periodically review and delete records no longer needed.

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will process requests within a reasonable timeframe subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
