Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on October 5, 2026.

We at Mindforge Creatives are working to make our website, mindforgecreatives.com, accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible website allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This is achieved through the capabilities of the system on which the site operates, and through the use of assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice control software.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Mindforge Creatives believes that every visitor — regardless of ability — should be able to learn about our services, read our content, and get in touch with us without barriers. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us; it is part of how we build and manage our site.

  • As a digital marketing and web development agency, we understand what it means to build for all users. The same standards we apply when building client websites — proper heading structures, descriptive alt text, sufficient color contrast, and keyboard-accessible navigation — are the standards we hold ourselves to on our own site.

Accessibility Adjustments on This Site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines and have made the site accessible to the AA level. As part of this effort, we have:

  • Used the Wix Accessibility Wizard to identify and address potential accessibility issues across all pages

  • Set the language of the site to English so screen readers can correctly interpret and announce content

  • Defined clear heading structures (H1, H2, H3) on all pages to allow screen reader users to navigate by heading

  • Set a logical content order on each page so keyboard and screen reader users experience content in a meaningful sequence

  • Added descriptive alternative text to images across the site so visitors using screen readers understand what each image conveys

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratio requirements for text and background

  • Reduced unnecessary motion and animation on the site to minimize disruption for visitors with vestibular or motion sensitivity

  • Ensured all linked text is descriptive — links read as meaningful phrases, not "click here" or "read more"

  • Made navigation accessible by keyboard — visitors can tab through the site without requiring a mouse

  • Ensured form fields (contact forms, booking forms) have proper labels so they work correctly with assistive technologies

Known Limitations

While we work to ensure mindforgecreatives.com is as accessible as possible, some pages contain content or functionality that depends on third-party services. The following limitations currently exist:

  • The booking and scheduling functionality on our Book a Demo page is provided by a third-party tool. We have no direct control over its accessibility implementation. If you experience difficulty using the booking form, please contact us directly by email or phone and we will arrange an alternative booking method for you.

  • Embedded social media content (such as Instagram feeds or Facebook posts displayed on the site) is served by third-party platforms. These elements may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for pages containing such embedded content.

  • We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for pages affected by the above third-party dependencies.

Accessibility Arrangements

Mindforge Creatives operates as a fully remote digital agency. We do not have a physical office location that clients or members of the public visit. All services are delivered remotely via video call, email, and shared documents.

If you require any accommodation to access our services or to communicate with our team — including alternative communication formats, larger text versions of documents, or assistance navigating our site — please contact us and we will be glad to help.
